All EZ Thai customer information is kept private. We do not require you to set up an account. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone.
All food is cooked to order. All items ordered and paid for before 1 hour before closed will be available for pick up or delivered as close as possible to the selected time. If this is not possible we will contact you.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their meal. If you were not satisfied please contact us for a partial or full refund. Please allow 2 - 4 days for refunds to post.
due to the nature of our products and the Maryland Health Code we do not allow returns or exchanges.
Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items.
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances.
We strive to prepare and package our pick up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.e to showcase a premium service.
